Refund policy

Returns:

Please send us an email with any concerns.  Returns must be authorized by Tsenjikini Designs and photo proof of product are always required.  All unworn and unwashed shirts are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. Altered or washed garments are not returnable.  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping charges and tracking information will be provided to Tsenjikini Designs customer service.  Once your exchange is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. 

Exchanges:

We do not do exchanges.

*** Due to their delicate printing, mugs cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping. 

Sale items:

All sale items are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
